Ingredients For Hara Masala Kasoori Ghost:

  • Mutton meat 1 kg
  • Spring onion 250 gm
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 4 tbsp
  • Green chili 12
  • Garlic  1
  • Tomato  1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Oil/ ghee 1 cup

Method:

  1. First boil the mutton with water, garlic, green chilies and salt.
  2. When it is tendered then turn off the stove.
  3. Now pour ghee, add fenugreek seeds.
  4. When it starts to smell keep it on high temperature roast it well.
  5. After that add tomatoes, cumin, salt, dry fenugreek seeds, green onion simmer it for 15 minutes.
  6. Turn off the stove add lemon juice then serve.

  • Roll ki patiyan 6
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Date  1 cup
  • Chopped dry meva 1/2 cup
  • Butter  50 gm
  • Chopped cardamom
  • Chopped cinnamon
  • Oil for frying
