Ingredients For Chicken Balls With Red Sauce:

Chicken balls:

  • Chicken mince 700 gm
  • Eggs  1-2
  • Chopped garlic 8-10 cloves
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Green onion 3-4 sticks
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Red sauce  4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Honey  2 tbsp
  • Stock 1/2 cup
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • BBQ stick  as required
  • Salad leaves  as required
  • Lemon  as required
  • Green onion  1 bunch

Method:

  1. First put the chicken mince, egg, garlic, chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper, bread crumbs, green chilies, green onion, chinese salt and salt mix it and make its paste.
  2. Now make its balls.
  3. Now put it on bbq stick and close it with sticks.
  4. Now pour oil fry it lightly or bake it.
  5. Then take it out in a serving platter.
  6. For making sauce, pour oil add red sauce in a pan.
  7. Then add honey mix it well.
  8. Now add stock let it cook.
  9. Add lemon juice, mix it well add chicken balls, put green onions for garnish.

Ingredients For Koiyto:

For Soup:

  • Chicken bones  1/2 kg
  • Chopped garlic  5 to 6 cloves
  • Chopped ginger  1 inch
  • Green onion 3-4 sticks
  • Carrot  1

For garnish:

  • Chicken balls  as required
  • Boiled Noodles  1 packet
  • Green onion  2-3 sticks
  • Fried garlic  1/2 cup
  • Garlic  3-4 cloves
  • Sliced carrot  1
  • Green beans  50 gm
  • Green chilies  8 to 10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Chinese salt  1/3 tsp

Method:

  1. Pour oil add chicken bones, carrot, garlic, ginger garlic, green onion and water, leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Soup is ready, for garnishing pour oil add garlic for frying.
  3. When it becomes golden brown, then add stock give it baghar.
  4. Now add boiled carrot and boiled green beans, let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Now take a bowl add boiled noodles.
  6. Put chicken balls on its top.
  7. Put fried garlic, black pepper, chopped red chilies, green chilies, vinegar mixture, chinese salt and salt.
  8. Put soup in end add green onion for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Thai Mixes Salad:

  • Chicken balls  as required
  • Raw papaya  1
  • Chopped peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chilies  2
  • Garlic  3 to 4 cloves
  • Salad leaves  1 to 2
  • Tamarind paste  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce  3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt  1/2 or 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken balls slices.
  2. Now add grated papaya.
  3. Add garlic and green chilies beat it well.
  4. After that add tomato slices.
  5. Now take a mixing bowl, add tomato slices, grated papaya.
  6. Then add garlic and chili paste.
  7. Now add tamarind paste, lemon juice and fish sauce.
  8. Then add brown sugar, chinese salt mix it.
  9. Sprinkle peanut and chicken slices then serve.
