Ingredients For Potato Meat Loaf:

  • Mince meat  250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped  3 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Green chilies  3
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste  2 tbsp
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Wooster sauce  1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Bread slices  2

For White Sauce:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard 1/4 tsp
  • Butter  1 tbsp

For Coating:

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Milk  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First boil the ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, salt, red chilies, green chilies and water, until the water dries and tender the mince.
  2. Now add mince, boiled peas, boiled and chopped carrot, wet bread slices, vinegar, wooster sauce, tomato puree, garam masala, egg, green coriander and white sauce mix it with hand.
  3. Now freeze the loaf tin.
  4. Then put the bread crumbs on loaf tin.
  5. Now put ready mixture, butter. grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Now bake it for 35 to 40 minutes on 180 degree C.
  7. Then take out in platter add boiled and chopped potato.
  8. Now add tomato and green coriander for garnishing then serve.
  9. For making mash potatoes, peel its skin and boil them.
  10. Now add salt, black pepper, butter and milk mix it well.

Ingredients For Dum Ka Kukkar:

  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion brown 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Clove 6
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken pieces marinate it with salt, chopped red chilies, roasted and chopped cumin, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste and yogurt for 1 hour.
  2. Now pour oil add cloves.
  3. Then add marinated chicken and fried onions cover and let it cook, until it becomes thick.
  4. Serve it hot with rice and roti

Ingredients For Walnut Fig Ice Cream:

  • Milk 6 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Evaporated milk 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin  1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
  • Walnut crushed  4 tbsp
  • Fig cut into tiny pieces 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First pour milk and sugar boil it.
  2. Now pour  milk, corn flour make it thick.
  3. Then add corn flour make it thick.
  4. Then add beaten egg.
  5. Now soak small pieces of fig in evaporated milk in one bowl.
  6. Now mix it into custard and blend it.
  7. Then add beaten cream, walnut and saturated gelatin mix it well.
  8. Now put it into air tight condensed, leave it to freeze for 6 hours.
  9. Then take it out and beat it again, freeze it.
