Ingredients For Bihari Pasanday:

  • Pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 2
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger powder  2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste  2 tbsp
  • Bihari masala  3 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add roasted pasanday wash it and crush it with hammer or knife.
  2. Then add raw and chopped papaya, chopped red chilies, bihari masala, chopped ginger, yogurt, salt, lemon juice and chopped black pepper keep it for a while.
  3. Now pour oil in a frying pan fry the pasanday.
  4. When the water dries from both sides and it becomes golden brown, chopped onion, lemon juice, tamarind ch, mint and green chilies then serve.

Ingredients For Masalaydar Drumsticks:

  • Chicken legs 6
  • Chopped onion  3
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Red chili  8-10
  • Garlic  6 cloves
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemons  3
  • Black pepper  1/2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. First give cuts to chicken legs.
  2. Put drum stick, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt boil it well.
  3. When the water of chicken and yogurt dries then remove it from stove.
  4. Take a pan pour oil add chopped onions make it golden brown, spread it so that it becomes crispy.
  5. Then add red chilies, garlic cloves and white cumin, mix it and blend chutney.
  6. Pour oil in another pan add chutney for frying.
  7. Now put the boiled drumstick into pan, make it golden brown and add fried chutney.
  8. Along salt, lemon juice and chopped red chilies simmer it for 10 minutes.
  9. Tasty masalay walay drumstick are ready.

Ingredients For Chutney Walay Aloo Gobi:

  • Cauliflower 1
  • Lemons 2
  • Potato 4
  • Green chilies  4
  • Garlic  4 cloves
  • Whole red chilies  5
  • Mustard oil  1 cup
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Chopped ginger  2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add green chilies, whole red chilies, mint, green coriander and garlic cloves make its chutney.
  2. Then add potatoes boil it for 5 minutes and peel its skin, make its cubes.
  3. Now pour oil add potato cubes make it golden brown.
  4. Then add cauliflower pieces fry them lightly.
  5. Now take out the cauliflower and fry the chutney.
  6. After that add potato, cabbage and salt simmer it for 5 minutes.
  7. Then add lemon juice, mustard seeds, chopped ginger cover and serve it hot after 5 minutes.
