Ingredients For Piazi Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Onion  1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Potatoes  250 gm
  • Whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • White cumin  1 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies  4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil add whole garam masala, mutton chops fry it for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, roasted and white cumin and fry it nicely.
  3. Then pour water cover and let it cook, until its chops are tendered.
  4. Now add chopped onions, potato chops, tomato slices, keep it on low temperature, until the vegetables are tendered well.
  5. Sprinkle green coriander and green chilies then serve.

Ingredients For Vegetarian Fried Fish:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Onion  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves  3
  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Egg  1 beaten
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. Take a sauce pan pour milk along semolina, and grated cheese, stir it continuously.
  2. Now add salt, when it becomes thick then take it out in a tray.
  3. Then cut it into squares.
  4. After that add beaten egg put bread crumbs and roll it.
  5. Heat the oil and deep fry it then serve.

Ingredients For Coconut Macrons Cake:

  • Butter 8 ounces
  • Sugar  8 ounces
  • Eggs  4 to 5
  • Desiccated coconut 8 ounces
  • Flour  3 ounces
  • Baking powder  1 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut essence  1/2 tsp

For Macaroons Topping:

  • Egg white  4
  • Sugar  8 ounce
  • Desiccated coconut  4 ounces
  • Yellow color  few drops
  • Coconut essence  2 drops

Method:

  1. Take a pan add beaten butter, sugar beat it until it becomes light and creamy.
  2. Then add egg, filtered flour, baking powder and beat it more.
  3. Now add chopped coconut fold it well.
  4. Then put it in 8x9 inch pan bake it on 180 degree C for 40 minutes.
  5. Then take it out and garnish it and serve.
  6. For macaroni topping add egg white, sugar, coconut, few drops of yellow color and coconut essence beat it well.
  7. Then fill the piping bag bake it on 150 degree C and bake it more for 20 minutes.
