Ingredients For Kashmiri Meetha Naan:
White flour 2 cup
Yeast 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Sugar 1 tsp
Butter 1 cup
Salt to taste
For Filling:
Dry fruits 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 to 3 tbsp
Honey 2tbsp
Method:
For filling: Put dry fruit, sugar and honey mix it well. Then pour warm water, yeast with sugar mix it well.
When the yeast rises then put it into a mixing bowl.
Now add flour, salt and butter with milk knead it well.
Then cover it for 2 to 3 hours.
After that take it out and knead it make its portions.
Now knead it and add dry fruits spread on its top, fold it like an envelop brush it with egg.
Then bake it in oven for 200 degree C for 5 minutes.
When it starts showing color then bake it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then take it out and serve it hot.
Ingredients For Beef Raj Curry:
Beef 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
Cinnamon 2 to 3 sticks
Cloves 3 to 4
Small cardamom 4 to 5
Brown onion paste 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomatoes 3
All spice powder 1/4 tsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Cashew nut 2 tbsp
Raisin 2 tbsp
Almond 4 to 5
Clarified butter 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Green chilies 2 to 3
Method:
First pour ghee, add cinnamon, cloves, small cardamom and ginger garlic paste add mutton roast it well.
Now add brown onions then add tomatoes roast it again.
Now add yogurt, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala and salt cook it well.
Then add water, make it thick cook it well.Now add green chilies cook it for 10 minutes.
When the mutton tenders then add cream, walnuts, raisins and almonds take it out in a dish then serve.
Ingredients For Palak Paneer Pakora:
Spinach 1 bunch
Sliced onion 1
Gram flour 1.2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Cottage cheese 150 gm
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tsp
Mustard seed 1 tsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
Take a bowl add onion slices, gram flour, rice flour, garlic, cottage cheese, chopped red chilies, chopped cumin, chopped turmeric, chopped nutmeg mace, whole coriander, mustard seeds and salt make its batter.
Then add spinach and cottage cheese mix it well, fry it well.
Pakora is ready.
