Kabuli Pulao Ingredients: Chicken 500 grams. Salt 1/2 tea spoon. Oil 1/4 cup. Garlic 1 tea spoon. Almonds (grind) 1/4 cup. Yogurt 1/4 cup. Ginger 1 tea spoon. Onion 1 cup(fried). Rice 250 grams. Bay leaf 2. Method: Heat the oil,Fry onion in it,remove half onion from stove. Fry boiled chicken in ginger,garlic and yogurt for 5 minutes,boil rice. Fry 2 spoon of almond in butter. Pour rice in bowl,Add chicken then rice and simmer it for 2 minutes. Take it out in dish and sprinkle almond and onion over it. Serve warm. Hunter Beef Ingredients: Thigh's(raan) meat 1 kg. Garlic 1 bunch(medium). Vinegar 1.5 cup(black or white). Ginger half spoon. Method: Grind ginger and garlic and mix vinegar in it. Now make cuts on meat and mix completely with spices . Sat aside for five hours. Boil meat after five hours cut pieces of boil meat. Fry in oil. Serve warm. Fish Finger Ingredients: Fish 1.5 kg (finger shape). White vinegar 2 spoon. Lemon 3. Black pepper (grind) 1/2 tea spoon. White cumin seeds(grilled and grind) 1 tea spoon. Gram flour(besan ka ataaa). Spices(garam masala pisa hua) 1/2 tea spoon. Salt (as per taste). Egg 1. Crumbs 1 packet. Oil (as per need). Method: Wash fish from Garlic and salt water. Mix lemon juice and vinegar and leave for cool in fridge for 2-3 hours. Add gram flour,egg,salt(little bit),black pepper,Spices(garam masala),Cumin seeds and water and mix them properly or mix it until viscous mixture. Now take 1 fish finger dip in gram flour mixture then roll into crumbs for coating Do same for all pieces. Heat oil in frying pan and fry fish finger in it or fry in until golden brown. Leave them cool for few minutes. Serve with tomato sauce. Digestive Biscuits Ingredients: 1/2 cup meal flour (whole) 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 tea spoon Soda bicarb 1/4 cup sugar or brown sugar. 1/2 tea spoon salt. 3-4 table spoon milk. Method: Refine the flour and oatmeal first. Add butter and crumbs in bowl and mix them properly. Now add soda,sugar and salt and mix well. Add milk ,knead mixture well make a dough,Cover it with damp loth or foil and set aside at cool place for 30 minutes. Roll the dough by rolling pin and make 4 inches dough and spread on baking plate. Make your desire shape of biscuit(round,square etc) and mark cuts with fork. Heat oven at 170C and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy. Put hot melted chocolate over it and serve .
