Creamy Chicken, Khoya Vermicelli And Shami by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Shami:

  • Mince 200 gm
  • Gram lentil  50 gm
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Egg  2
  • Mix whole spices as required
  • Button red chilies 6-7
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • Water  1 glass

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and ginger pieces cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Then add mince, roast it well so that its water dries.
  3. Then add wet chickpea, whole red chilies, turmeric, chopped nutmeg mace.
  4. After that add garam masala and water cover and let it cook. After 20 minutes tender it and turn off the stove, dry its water, chop the mixture.
  5. Now make its kabab.
  6. Then add egg beat it well.
  7. After that fry the ready kababs dip them in eggs before frying.
  8. Tasty shami kababs are ready to eat.

Ingredients For Creamy Chicken:

  • Chicken breast  2
  • Cottage cheese  1/2 packet
  • Parsley  1/4 bunch
  • Spring onion  a little
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Button mushroom  5-6
  • Green olives  10-12
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream  1 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Oil   1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add cottage cheese, green chilies, green olives mix them all.
  2. Now give cuts on chicken breast put salt and worcester sauce.
  3. Now fill the mixture of cottage cheese in chicken.
  4. Take a pan, add chicken fry it on low temperature.
  5. Pour oil in a pan add garlic make it brown.
  6. Now put the mixture of cottage cheese.
  7. Now add flour roast it well.
  8. Along cream, salt, black pepper, white pepper and worchester sauce mix it well.
  9. Now take a pan fry the chicken, take it out in a platter, give it cuts and serve it with dressing on its side.

Ingredients For Khoya Vermicelli:

  • Vermicelli 1 packet
  • Khoya  375 gm
  • Fresh cream  1 cup
  • Sugar  as required
  • Almond 100 gm
  • Pistachio  100 gm
  • Cardamom ground  6
  • Kewra  2 tbsp
  • Ghee  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Take a pan, pour ghee make it crispy, roast it more for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Then add khoya and fresh cream cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. When khoya and fresh cream are mixed well then add sugar and chopped cardamom, cook it more for few minutes.
  4. Add chopped almonds, pistachio and kewra mix it well.
  5. Delicious khoya and vermicelli is ready.
  6. Serve it hot or cold.
