Ingredients For Jumbo Thai Chili Prawns:
Jumbo Prawns 1/2 kg
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 3 cloves
Spring Onion 2
Fresh red chili 6
Tomato puree 1 cup
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Thai chili paste 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Sprinkle salt on jumbo prawns boil it for 5 minutes.
Now pour oil add boiled prawns.
Along ginger garlic, red chilies and cumin coat it separately.
After that put masala on prawns. Along tomato puree, soya sauce, brown sugar, thai chili paste, tomato ketchup and lemon juice cook it on low temperature.
When it becomes thick then add onions and then serve.
Ingredients For Warm Crunchy Salad:
Boiled pasta 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Apple 1
Lettuce 4
Onion 1
For Making Sauce:
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
For making sauce: Take a bowl add tomato ketchup, brown sugar, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic and oil mix it well.
Now heat it on low flame.
Then add boiled pistachio mix it well and turn off the stove.
Then take it out in a bowl.
Put cabbage, apple, salad leaves and onion mix it well.
