Ingredients For Chocolate Malt Cheese Cake Bars:
For Crust:
Chocolate biscuits crumb 2 cups
Butter melted 3 tbsp
For Filling:
Sugar 1 cup
Malted milk powder 1 cup
Cream cheese 16 ounce
Cream 8 ounce
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Vanilla 1 1/2 tsp
Eggs 3 large
Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup
Method:
For making crust bake it on 180 degree C.
Line the pan 30x 9 inch with foil.
Take a bowl add chocolate biscuit crumbs and melted butter mix it bake it in pan for 10 minutes.
Now for making filling add sugar and malt milk powder mix it well.
Take a bowl add cream cheese, beat it for 5 minutes, until it becomes light and fluffy.
Now add sugar and malt milk powder mixture.
Then add cream, vanilla essence and lemon juice beat it well.
Now add 3 eggs and beat it well.
Take a bowl add chocolate chip beat ti and fold it into half malt milk powder.
Ingredients Hara Masala Mutton:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Green chilies 8 whole
Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Water 4 cups
For Masala:
Brown onion grated 1/2 cups
Green chilies 15 grinded
Coriander leaves half bunch
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Cumin roasted 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First add mutton, whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste, boil it, until it water dries. Now keep it on side.
Take a pan pour oil add green chili paste, chopped green coriander, roasted and chopped cumin, and salt fry it well.
Now add boiled mutton, and water simmer it for 15 minutes.
Ingredients For Gola Kabab Masala:
Mince 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Roasted gram 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Raw papaya 1 tsp
Coriander leaves half bunch
Green chilies 4
For Masala:
Oil 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves and green Chilies as required
Method:
For making gola kabab: Add raisin and roasted chickpea chop them well.
Now add mince mix it into chopper.
Along chopped onions, ginger garlic, chopped red chilies, egg, garam masala, salt, chopped papaya, green coriander and green chilies chop it well.
Then make its balls and keep it on a side.
For making masala : Pour oil add onions for frying.
Now add ginger garlic, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped tomatoes fry it for 5 minutes.
Then put the gola kabab simmer it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala, green coriander and green chilies.
