Ingredients For White Tarka Chicken:
Chicken boneless 1 kg
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Dry ginger 1/2 tbsp
Bay leaves 2-3
Green cardamoms 3
Cinnamon 2 inch piece
Cloves 3
Salt to taste
Yogurt 2 1/2 cups
Flour 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Caraway seeds 1 tsp
Method:
Place chicken cubes, fennel seeds powder, dry ginger powder, bay leaves, green cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a pan.
Add one cup of water and cook till chicken is tender and the liquid has dried up.
Whisk the yogurt with flour and add slowly to the chicken.
Stir constantly.
Simmer till gravy thickens.
Prepare a tempering or tarka with ghee and caraway seeds and pour over chicken.
Serve hot.
Ingredients For Nutella Pizza:
For Base:
Butter 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
Caster sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Flour 3/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Walnut chopped 1/2 cup
To Decorate:
Nutella/ Chocolate 1 cup
Fruits sliced as required
Nuts chopped as required
Cream to garnish
Method:
Melt butter add cocoa powder, remove from fire n cool.
Beat eggs add sugar, vanilla essence, flour and chopped walnuts, salt mix and pour in greased pizza pan or pie plate, bake for 20-25 min.
Cool and spread nutella on the top and then layer any fruit and nuts and decorate with cream and serve.
Ingredients For Chicken Sticks:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Onion half
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger 1 tbsp
Lemon 1
Coriander 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
Mix garlic, onion, ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander and salt and add in the yogurt.
Thread the chicken cubes on the skewers and dip the skewers in the yogurt marinate and let it be fridge for several hours.
BBQ or grill or bake till chicken is tender.
