Ingredients For Chicken Omelet:
Chicken breast 1
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Tomato chopped 1
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Green chilies 1
Eggs beaten 3
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
First marinate the chicken breast add salt, black pepper for marination, fry it on hot oil.
Now take a bowl add beaten egg, add salt, black pepper, green coriander and green chilies mix it well.
Then pour oil in a pan add egg mixture and chicken and tomatoes cook it on low temperature.
Now change the side of omelet and cook it from another side, fold and serve.
Ingredients For Cheese Omelet:
3 eggs
3 cheese
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
2 tbsp tomatoes chopped
2 chopped green chilies
1 tbsp coriander leaves
3 mushrooms sliced
1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
Method:
First beat the egg in a bowl add salt, black pepper, green coriander and green chilies mix it well.
Then take a bowl add oil put egg mixture fry it well and add cheese slices, chopped onion, tomatoes and mushroom cook it on low temperature.
Now change its sides cook it from another sides, fold and then serve.
Ingredients For Chanay Ki Tarkari:
250 grams white chickpeas
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1 small onion
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
3 green chilies
2 tsp garlic
1 1/2 cup water
Method:
First add white chickpeas, salt and boil it in water.
Take a pan pour oil add chopped onions.
Now add ginger, garlic cloves, chopped red chilies, cumin, salt, turmeric and green chilies roast it well.
Then add yogurt cook it well.
Now pour water and cook it.
Then add chickpeas and boil it for 1 to 2 times.
Ingredients For Aloo Ki Tarkari:
Potatoes 250 gm
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil as required
Whole red chilies 4
Method:
First boil the potatoes, keep it on a side.
Now pour oil add turmeric, chopped red chilies, chopped coriander and kalonji roast it well.
Then add water boil it 1 time.
After that add potatoes chop it well and cook.
Now add red chilies, give it tarka, take it out and serve.
Ingredients For Puri:
250 grams white flour
250 grams whole wheat flour
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required
Method:
First knead the flour, whole wheat flour, salt leave it for 2 to 4 minutes.
Now make its portions leave it for 4 to 5 minutes.
Then roll out the puree and fry.
Ingredients For Lachay Dar Paratha:
Flour 2 cups
Wheat flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ghee 4 tbsp
Extra ghee for frying
Method:
Take a bowl add flour, wheat flour, salt and ghee knead it with warm water.
Now make its small portions.
Now roll out the portions, paste ghee and roll it.
Roll it and make portions again.
Then roll out the portions pour ghee then fry it well.
