Ingredients For Cottage Cheese Aur Chawal Ki Kheer:
Fresh milk 1 liter
Boiled rice 1 cup
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Chopped almonds 20
Grated cheese 2 packets
Small cardamom 6
Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
Take a pan pour milk, boiled rice mash them all.
Along small cardamom with sugar chop it and cook it well.
When milk and rice are mixed well then add sugar and cook.
After 20 minutes add almonds and grated cottage cheese cook it more for 5 minutes, make it cool.
Add chopped almonds for garnish then serve
Ingredients For Bhunay Masalay Ki Maash Ki Daal:
Pigeon lentil 1 cup
Garlic 6 cloves
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Big cardamom 3
Cinnamon 1 piece
Green chilies 4
Salt to taste
Mustard oil as required
Method:
First wash the pigeon lentil with warm water, keep it in water.
Then take a clay pot pour oil add garlic cloves.
Then add turmeric, red chilies, big cardamom, sugar and chopped garam masala, roast it well.
After that take it out from water add masala roast it well.
Now add green chilies, salt, water.
When water dries then keep it on steam.
Ingredients For Tala Howa Gosht:
Beef 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Red chili pepper 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemons 2
Green chilies 4
Green coriander 1 bunch
Oil as required
Method:
First beat the beef pieces lightly and mix raw papaya leave it for 15 minutes.
Now take a beef pieces, add salt and ginger garlic paste, let it cook.
When water dries then pour oil roast it lightly.
Then add red chilies, chopped black pepper, green chilies, green coriander and lemon juice then serve it hot.
