Ingredients For BBQ Mutton Boneless:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Papaya paste 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • BBQ masala 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Big pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Charcoal  1 piece

Ingredients For Sheesh Kabab:

  • Boneless mutton 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Carom 2 tsp
  • Diced pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Diced onion 2
  • Diced capsicum  2
  • Diced tomato 2
  • Olive oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • BBQ Sticks  as required

Method:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add salt, garlic paste, olive oil, vinegar, chopped black pepper, nutmeg, mutton cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes, tomato cubes, mix them all well and leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Now put them into skewers, firstly put mutton cubes, vegetables, then mutton cubes And vegetables, give it steam on coals or in oven, fry it and give it steam of coals.
  3. Then cook it till the vegetables becomes ready and mutton changes its color to brown.
  4. Serve the sheesh kabab hot.

Ingredients For Coriander Pesto:

  • Green coriander 2 bunch
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Roasted cashew nut 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2 to 3
  • Olive oil  1/3 cup

Method:

  1. First add green coriander, give it steam, now put them into blender along garlic cloves, add roasted cashew nuts.
  2. Then add green chilies.
  3. Now add olive oil in a blender, take it out then serve.
