Donuts Ingredients: Flour 2-1/2 cups or 250 grams. Eggs 1. Butter or ghee 2 spoon. Yeast 1 tea spoon. Sugar 2 spoon. Oil for frying. Milk powder 2 spoon. Salt 1/2 tea spoon. Method: Add yeast,milk powder,sugar,salt,butter or ghee in flour and knead it with hot water(medium). Set aside for one hour or until flour doubled in size. When flour doubled in size then divide dough in 8 small dough. Set aside again for more prolif. Roll the small dough and cut into donuts shape by donuts cutter. Then cover it for few minutes. Heat oil in frying pan and fry donuts until golden brown. Make a topping of of chocolate frosting sauce or coconut glazed or icing sugar glazed. Serve it with tea. Coconut Glazed Ingredients: Icing sugar 3 spoon. Water 1 tea spoon. Coconut(grind) as per need. Method: Mix icing sugar in water and add over donuts. Sprinkle (grind )coconut over it. Glazed Donuts Ingredients: For glaze:
Icing sugar 4 cups 1/3 cup milk salt(pinch). Method: for donuts you can see the above donuts recipe.
For glazed:
Take a large bowl add milk,sugar and salt and mix until soft mixture. If you want more thinner glaze mixture on the donuts then add 1 tsp milk more at a time. Dip the donuts into glazed or topping with glazed as you want. Chocolate Frosting Ingredients: Icing sugar 1 cup Coco powder 2 spoon Butter 1 tsp Method: Put icing sugar ,coco powder and butter in pan add water just little bit and cook is until viscous.
