Ingredients For Kachi Chicken Ki Biryani:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Rice 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 125 gm
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Lemon 2
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Mint leaves 1/4 bunch
Green chilies 4-5
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Onion 2
Salt to taste
Yellow color a pinch
Ghee 125 gm
Kewra 2 tbsp
Method:
First pour ghee in a pan add chopped onions.
When it becomes golden brown take it out and keep it on a side.
Take a bowl add chicken papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chopped green chilies, yogurt, garam masala, salt mix it and keep it on a side.
Now take a separate pan add salt and cumin boil the rice.
When the water of rice remains 2 to 3/4 then add marinated chicken.
After that add green coriander, mint, green chilies, brown onions sprinkle on its top, then make layer of rice.
Then add kewra, pinch of yellow color.
Now cover its top then give it steam simmer it for 10 to 12 minutes.
Kachi biryani is ready to eat.
Ingredients For Baigan Karahi:
Brinjal 1 kg
Tomatoes 1/2 kg
Green chilies 4-5
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 piece
Salt to taste
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
Take a bowl add ginger garlic paste small pieces of brinjal then fry it.
Now add boiled tomatoes, roast it for 2 minutes.
Then add salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric,chopped cumin, nutmeg mace, green chilies and water cook it on low temperature.
After 10 to 12 minutes remove its cover and add fenugreek leaves and green coriander roast it and sprinkle ginger garlic and serve it.
Ingredients For Fruited Museli:
Eggs 4
Milk 2 cup
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1 1/2 tbsp
Bananas 2-3
Raisins 50 gm
Muesli 100 gm
Sugar 1/2 cup
Method:
Take egg white.
Now take a bowl add egg york beat it well.
Then pour milk, condensed milk and corn flour mix it well.
Now take a pan cook it on a low temperature. When it becomes thick then turn off the stove.
Now cut the banana into small pieces, spread it in oven proof dish.
Now put raisins, mousli spread it. Spread egg yolk mixture on its top.
Then beat the egg white and sugar. When it rises and becomes white then spread it on oven proof dish.
Now bake it on 180 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes.
When it becomes golden brown then take it out and serve it hot.

Tried baigan karahi. I also added 1 tbsp. imli cutney in the end. I made 1/2 kg eggplants,half of the quantity. very tasty,must try it and its so quick,took me only 20 mins to cook.
