Ingredients For Stuffed Cream Cheese Fillet With Dip:

  • Chicken breast piece 1/2 kg
  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Boiled chicken mince 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil  for frying

For Dip Making: 

  • Mayonnaise  1 cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Olive  6

Method:

  1. Take a chicken add boiled mince, cream cheese, green chili paste, chopped black pepper, salt and lemon juice mix it well.
  2. Now add chicken breast, cut it and make pockets. Make it thin add chopped black pepper and salt.
  3. Then fill the cream cheese then press it with hand.
  4. Now add corn flour and flour mix it well.
  5. Then add chicken fillet pieces fry it in hot oil.
  6. For dip: add mayonnaise, yogurt, green chili paste, chopped black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup and olive oil serve it with chicken

Ingredients For Frozen Coco Shake:

  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 1 tin
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
  • Full cream milk powder 1 cup
  • Ice  1 cup
  • Banana  1
  • Brown sugar  4 tbsp
  • Marshmallow for garnishing

Method:

  1. Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.
  2. Then take it out in a glass then garnish it with cream and marshmallows.
