Ingredients For Traditional Mini Egg Cookies:

  • Egg  4
  • Icing sugar 200 grams
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Flour 180 grams
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First filter the flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Now add egg, cinnamon, oil and vanilla essence beat it well.
  3. Then fold it well.
  4. After that grease the tray put the ready mixture.
  5. Now bake it on 180 degree C for 30 minutes.

Ingredients For Burnt Chili Garlic Noodles:

  • Boiled noodles 1/2 packet
  • Handmade chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Round chili 6
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Allspice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic cloves  6
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped carrot  2
  • Chopped spring onion 250 grams
  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar  3 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil  5 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken mince, chopped black pepper, chopped garam masala, onion, salt and water cook it more.
  2. When the water dries then turn off the stove.
  3. Take a pan, pour oil add garlic cloves, chopped red chilies.
  4. When they are burned then add boiled noodles mix it.
  5. After that add boiled mince, carrot, cabbage, soya sauce, vinegar, garlic sauce, brown sugar cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add chopped green onion then turn off the stove.
