Ingredients For Biscuit Ki Pudding:

  • Biscuits 1 packet
  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Strawberry jam 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Chopped walnuts  1/2 cup
  • Chopped almonds 10
  • Sugar 1/2 cups
  • Water 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a pan pour milk, corn flour and sugar make it thick custard.
  2. For making custard stir it with wooden or plastic spoon.
  3. Now spread the custard into wide dish, make layer of biscuit.
  4. Then add jam, after that sprinkle some chopped walnuts and chopped almonds.
  5. Now add chopped custard, biscuit then jam and walnut and almonds.
  6. Then spread the cream.
  7. Now pour water and sugar, make caramel sauce.
  8. Put walnuts, almonds for pudding then serve.

Ingredients For Khowsey:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic  125 gm
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Green onion 2 bunches
  • Onion  2
  • Green chilies 8
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemons  6
  • Samosa wraps  12

For Curry:

  • Coconut powder 2 packets
  • Green chilies 3
  • Curry leaves 2-3
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add chopped red chilies and nutmeg roast it well.
  2. For making curry, add chopped coconut, water, flour, curry leaves, green chilies and turmeric let it cook.
  3. When it is boiled then add salt and remove it from stove.
  4. Now add mutton mince, oil, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies and garam masala let it cook.
  5. Then roast it.
  6. Place it on tissue paper after frying.
  7. Make it golden brown and take it out.
  8. While serving add mince, coconut karhi, samosa warq, green onion, omelet onions, simple onion, chopped green chilies, green coriander, chopped red chilies, roasted nutmeg, lemon and fried garlic cloves, then serve it.

Ingredients For Laziz Tikka Masala:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tikka masala 1 packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a boneless chicken, tikka masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, chopped raw papaya and fresh cream mix it for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add the chicken masala dry its water.
  3. Then pour oil heat it.
  4. Then roast it in oil add chopped black pepper, roasted and white cumin and lemon juice serve it hot.
