Ingredients For Saag Keema:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped spinach 1/2 kg
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chili  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil  1 cup

Ingredients For Almond Chicken & Cottage Cheese Ki Biryani:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Rice 1/2 cups
  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Boiled almonds 20
  • Green chilies 8
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Butter  2 tbsp

To Boil Rice:

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • All spice powder as required
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp

Ingredients For Bengan Ka Achar:

  • Eggplant 1/2 kg
  • Dry red chilies 10
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind  250 gm
  • Mustard oil 2 cups
  • Jaggery 2 tbsp
  • Hot water 2 cups
  • White vinegar 1 cup
  • Mustard seeds 2 tsp
  • Nigella seeds  1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds few
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Green chilies 8
  • Salt to taste
