Ingredients For Margarita Chicken And Rice Platter:

  • Chicken leg piece 1/2 kg
  • Stock 2 cups
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Fresh chopped red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Garlic paste  2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Rice:

  • Boiled rice  2 cups
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Grated carrot 1 cup
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put the salt and mustard paste on chicken leg piece and leave it for half an hour.
  2. Now add garlic paste.
  3. When it starts to smell then add chopped onions.
  4. When the onions becomes soft then add chicken, stock, fresh red chilies, salt, chopped cinnamon and lemon juice cook it on low flame.
  5. When the chicken tenders then turn off the stove.
  6. For rice, pour oil add peas, grated carrot mix it well.
  7. Now add chopped black pepper, salt, cumin and boiled rice mix it well simmer it for 5 minutes.
  8. Take it out in a dish, add green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For Vanilla Chiller:

  • Cream 1 packet
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
  • Coffee 2 tsp
  • Ice 1 cup

Method:

  1. First pour milk, vanilla essence, honey, ice and coffee blend it well.
  2. Beat the cream individually.
  3. Add chocolate chips and freeze it well then serve.
