Ingredients For Orange Cornflakes Flan:

  • Crushed cornflakes 2 1/2 cup
  • Butter 3 ounces
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Golden syrup 1 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Orange juice  3/4 cup

Ingredients For Masalaydar Ran Roast:

  • Mutton legs 1 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 1/2 cup
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Mace  1/2 tsp
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion grinded 1/2 cup
  • Chili powder  2 tbsp
  • Allspice  1 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar  1/4 cup
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Ingredients For Balti Gosht:

  • Mutton or chicken 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes  5
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 1/2 tsp

Ingredients For Double Layered Chocolate Frosty:

For Chocolate Layer:

  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate syrup 3 tbsp
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Chocolate essence  few drops
  • Chocolate ice cream  few drops

For Vanilla Layer:

  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Ice  1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream  3 scoops
