Ingredients for Tokri Kabab:

• Chicken boneless 300 gm
• Onion 1
• Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
• Green chilies 2-3
• Egg 1
• Garlic 3-4 cloves
• Ginger 1 piece
• Crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
• Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
• Turmeric 1 tsp
• Egg noodles 1 packet
• Oil for fry

Ingredients for Sweet Baby Cake:

• Flour 250 gm
• Butter 250 gm
• Sugar 250 gm
• Baking powder 2 tbsp
• Egg 4
• Cooking chocolate 1 small piece
• Vanilla essence few drops
• Fresh cream 100 gm
• White butter 150 gm
• Red apple jam 1 cup
• Sugar coated cherries 1/2 cup
• Silver balls to garnish
• Icing sugar 2 tbsp
