Ingredients For Spicy Fried Rice:
Rice 2 cup
Chopped carrot 2
Chopped capsicum 2
Green chilies 6
Eggs 3
Oil 3
Sesame seed 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Food color pinch 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar to taste
Salt to taste
Chicken cube 1
Mushroom sliced 1 tin
Green onion 1 cup
Chopped garlic 4 cloves
Method:
First wash the rice. now boil it along white vinegar and salt.
When it remains to 2/4th then simmer it for 5 minutes.
Now pour oil add chopped garlic, make it golden brown.
Add
pinch of yellow color and chopped red chilies beat it well pour oil,
stir it well, when it becomes crispy then take it out and keep it on a
side.
Now add chopped carrot, capsicum and mushroom stir fry it well.
Then add white vinegar, soya sauce, knorr chicken cubes and brown sugar.
Then add rice and stir it with spoon.
When it is mixed then add sesame seed.
After that take it out in a dish add egg and boiled green chilies serve it hot.
Ingredients For Lemon Chili Chicken:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chicken cube 2
Water 1 cup
Lemon 4
Fresh red chili 8
Green chili 8
Black pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First add chicken boneless, now wash it add white vinegar, chopped ginger and salt leave it for 15 minutes.
Take a pan pour oil add chicken and dry its water.
Now add chicken cubes pour water add stock and mix the lemon juice.
When the chicken water dries then add chopped red chilies and chopped green chilies, stir fry it well and add it into chicken.
Add ready stock, corn flour in chicken cook it lightly.
When the stock becomes thick then add chopped black pepper serve it hot.
Ingredients For Fruit With Fresh Cream & Nuts:
Fruit cocktail 1 tin
Banana 2
Pineapple diced 1 tin
Apple 2
Dairy fresh cream as required
Sugar 1/2 cup
Chopped almond 1/2 cup
Chopped walnut 1 cup
Method:
First take a bowl add dry fruit cream and sugar mix it and beat it well.
Now mix the brown fruit cocktail.
Then add pineapple cubes and chopped apples and banana cubes.
Put chopped almonds and peeled chopped walnuts make it cool then serve.
