Ingredients For Chocolate Cake:

  • Butter  8 ounces
  • Caster sugar  7 ounces
  • Flour  6 ounces
  • Coco powder 2 ounces
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Milk  1/2 cup

For Chocolate Icing:

  • Butter 6 ounces
  • Icing sugar 12 ounces
  • Coco powder 3 tbsp
  • Hot water  3 tbsp

Ingredients For Shahi Mutton Pulao:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 1/2 tsp
  • Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts fried 15
  • Boiled eggs  2

Ingredients For Bhuna Maghaz:

  • Mutton Brain 4
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Fenugreek leaves 2
  • Tomatoes 5
  • Chili pow  1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed coriander 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies  4

Ingredients for Jelly Milk Shake:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Ice cream 2 scoops
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Strawberries 1/2 cup
