Ingredients For Fish Biryani:
Fish 700 gm
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For Biryani:
Rice 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomato 3
Plum 1/2 cup
Onion 2
Yogurt 1 cup
White cumin 1 tsp
Black cumin 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 1/2 tbsp
Whole spice as required
Allspice powder 1 tsp
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Mint 1/2 bunch
Food color as required
Green chilies 5
Clarified butter 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
First wash the rice leave it for 2 hours.
Then pour water, black cumin and salt mix it and boil.
Then add rice cook it well and filter it.
Rice is ready.
For making Qorma, add garlic paste, vinegar and salt on fish.
Now pour oil fry the fish and keep it on a side.
Pour oil add allspice powder, onions make it brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste roast it well.
Then add yogurt, green chilies, chopped red chilies , chopped masala, black cumin and white cumin roast it well.
Then add plum and tomatoes mix it, cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.
When the qorma becomes ready then add fish pieces, mix it and remove it from stove.
For making layer, add qorma's oil in a pan.
Then put rice on it, green coriander, mint and green chilies.
Then remaining Qorma.
Now add rice, green coriander, mint and green chilies.
Take a bowl pour water, pinch of yellow color, mix it and put it on rice corner simmer it on low temperature.
Take it out in a serving dish then serve.
Ingredients For Butterfly Prawns:
Prawns 1/2 kg
Egg white 4
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 to 5 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
First wash the prawns and give it cut.
Take a bowl add lemon juice, salt, chinese salt and black pepper mix it well.
Marinate the prawns.
Take a plate spread bread crumbs.
Then take a mixing bowl add corn flour, dip the prawns in batter, paste the bread crumbs.
Now take a pan, heat it high, deep fry the prawns and take it out on tissue paper so that,
Ingredients For Creme Cilantro Sauce:
Cream 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Green coriander 1 bunch
Green onion 1 to 2 sticks
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Boiled garlic 3 to 4
Salt to taste
Method:
First blend all the ingredients add yogurt, green coriander, chopped black pepper, salt, boiled garlic and green onion.
