Ingredients For Crab Sticks:

  • Crab hands  10
  • Boiled potatoes 2 to 3
  • Grated cheese 100 gm
  • Green chilies 2 to 3
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Chopped garlic 4 to 5 ounces
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Eggs  2 to 3
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Crab Fried Rice:

  • Crab meat 1 cup
  • Boiled rice 2 cup
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 3 to 4 cloves
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1/3 tsp
  • Chili hot sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Green onion for garnish
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Crab Soup:

  • Boiled crab meat 1 cup
  • Carrot  1
  • Star anise 2 to 3
  • Green onion 2 to 3
  • Cinnamon sticks 2 to 3
  • Garlic  8-10 cloves
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2-3 tbsp
  • Chinese salt  as required
  • Green coriander for garnish
  • Salt  to taste
