Ingredients For Tawa Bihari Kabab:

  • Beef pasanda 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram 1 tsp

Ingredients For Koek Susters:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Eggs  2
  • Warm milk 2tbsp

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water  3/4 cup

Ingredients For Hunter Beef:

  • Beef  1-1/2 kg
  • Cinnamon 4 sticks
  • Black pepper whole 2 tbsp
  • Cloves 1 tsp
  • White cumin whole 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1/2 cup
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Jiggery 3 tbsp
  • Kalmi shora  2 tbsp

Ingredients For Gur Ki Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 3/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
