Ingredients For Pineapple Coconut Cake:

  • Butter 8 ounces
  • Caster sugar 2 cups
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking powder 2 1/2 tsp
  • Pineapple tidbits 1 can
  • Eggs 4
  • Pineapple essence 1 tsp
  • Yellow Color few drops
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Coconut flakes  1/2 cup

For Glaze:

  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup

Ingredients For Podina Pulao Biryani:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
  • Rice 750 gm
  • Onion 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Green chilies 10 chopped
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Pulao biryani masala 1 packet
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Milk  1/4 cup

Ingredients For Tomato Chutney:

  • Tomatoes peeled 500 gm
  • White cumin seeds 1 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut  1 tbsp
  • Red chilies 6-8
  • Garlic crushed  1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Curry leaves  8-10
  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds  1/4 tsp

Ingredients For Kofta Curry:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Tikka seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/4 tsp

For Curry:

  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Brown onion 6 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp

My husband is very health conscious and I do not like them myself. however if I were to try any ones recipe it will be tahira matin as she explains it so well.secondly I will also chk chef saadat.Paye are very high in cholesterol and I personally think taking care of health in 20s and 30s will reward u in 50s, 60s and 70s.
