Ingredients For Kaleji Masala:

  • Crushed all spice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Tartary 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds  2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Whole coriander  2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  2 tbsp

Ingredients For Tomato Chili Spicy Chutney:

  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Dried red chili 4
  • Jaggery  1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 glasses 2 glasses
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Ingredients For Pasanday Masala:

  • Cumin seeds 50 grams
  • Crushed coconut 50 grams
  • Poppy seeds 50 grams
  • White cardamom 6
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg/ mace 1/2 tsp
  • Tartary 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili red  2 tbsp
