Grilled Chops, Boti Tikka And Malai Boti by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Boti Tikka:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 3
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Tikka masala  2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the beef add chopped raw papaya, lemon juice, salt, tikka masala, chopped red chilies and roasted and chopped white cumin, mix it well and chop the beef pieces.
  2. Now give heat to grill pan, spread the pieces.
  3. Along oil.
  4. Then change its sides after few minutes.
  5. When they are steamed well from both sides then serve it with paratha

Ingredients For Malai Moti:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Tikka boti masala 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste  1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Clarified butter/ oil  as required

Method:

  1. First beat the beef lightly.
  2. Now take a bowl put beef pieces, tikka boti masala, chopped ginger, chopped red chilies, chopped raw papaya, chopped garam masala, chopped green chilies, salt and yogurt mix it well and leave it for half an hour.
  3. Then take a frying pan fry the marinated masala on low temperature.
  4. When water dries then pour oil add fresh cream and lemon juice simmer it on low temperature.
  5. Serve the malai boti with hot roghni.

Ingredients For Grilled Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Lemons 4
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  4 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the chops and keep it in filter.
  2. Now take a wide pan put mutton chops add lemon juice, chopped black pepper, chopped garam masala, roasted and chopped white cumin, ginger garlic paste, red chilies, yogurt and salt leave it for an hour.
  3. Then cook the marinated mutton chops.
  4. When the water dries then take it out in a plate.
  5. When all the water dries then give it steam of coal.
  6. After that pour oil on chops, put a coal and cover it.
  7. Then serve delicious grilled chops with roghni naan.
