Ingredients For Nihari Masala:

  • Star anise 4
  • Large cardamom 4
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tartary  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds  2 tsp

Ingredients For Nihari:

  • Boiled Shank Meat 1 kg
  • Stock 4 cup
  • Fried flour 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion  1
  • Star anise 4
  • Large cardamom 4
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tartary  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds  2 tsp

  • Green chili 100 grams
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Water 1 glass
  • Green color 1 pinch
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
