Tried instant seekh kabbas. I don't know why call them instant, it needs preparation, roast besan,fry onions, roast button chillies etc. Taste is EXCELLENT and they melt in mouth. I used
only small piece of raw onion instead of 1 whole onion and used only 2 button chillies. The rest of the recipe did not need any modifications. I used 2 slices of bread as I did not hav pav bread at home.
