Ingredients For Fruit Jubilee:

  • Banana jelly 1 packet
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Cream  200 + 200 gm
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup


Ingredients For Boti Tikka Handi:

  • Undercut 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Tikka masala  3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Coal  for simmer

Ingredients For Fried Chicken Pulao Platter:

  •  Chicken  1 kg
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunches
  • Green chilies 10 grinded
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cumin roasted 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  a pinch
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes  1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Eggs  2 beaten

For Pulao:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Brown onion 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 8 -10
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Boiled peas  1 cup
