Ingredients For Chat Pati Seekh Boti:

• Beef mince 1 kg
• Papaya paste 100 gm
• Tara chat masala 2 tbsp
• Whole cumin 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
  
• Red chili 1/2 tsp
  
• Green chili paste 1 tsp
  
• Oil 2 tbsp
  
• Curd  1/2 cup

Ingredients For Garma Garam Jalebi:

• Flour 1/2 cup
  
• Gram flour 1 tsp
  
• Corn starch 1 tsp
  
• Instant yeast 1/2 tsp
  
• Oil 1 tsp
  
• Curd  1 tbsp
• Luke warm water 1/3 cup
  
• Yellow food color 1 pinch
  

For Syrup:

• Sugar 1 cup
  
• Water 1/2 cup
  
• Green cardamom 2
  
• Lemon juice  1 tbsp
