Ingredients For Zatoon Gosht:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Olives 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Olive oil  1-2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Fried Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2-3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • White flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 2 to 3
  • Bread Crumbs 1 to 2 cup
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Onions Rings 2 to 3
  • Salad leaves 2 to 3
  • Tomato  2 to 3

Ingredients for Daliya Tukri:

  • Oat meal 1/2 kg
  • Sugar or jaggery 700 gm
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
