Ingredients For Curry Bake Roll:

For Dough:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Curry powder 2 tbsp
  • Butter  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste

For Filling:

  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili  1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  3 to 4
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Raisin 1 cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Beef Fillet With Red Curry Sauce:

  • Beef fillet 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Sliced capsicum 1
  • Sliced carrot  1
  • Green onion 1 to 2
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili paste  2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1 to 2 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Vegetable & Butter Rice:

  • Boiled rice 250 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Sliced capsicum  1
  • Sliced tomato 2
  • Sliced onion 2
  • Green onion 2-3 sticks
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Butter  3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
