Pina Colada Salad Ingredients: pineapple 20 ounce. 3 ounce cream coconut pudding.. Coconut flaked half cup. Whip(cool) 8 ounce. Cream cheese 3 ounce. Sugar(white) 1/3 cup. Method: Crushed the pineapple first,mix with juice,pudding and coconut. Wrap in whip(cool). Mix cream cheese and white sugar in separate bowl. Add both mixture and mix them properly. Serve in bowl. Cinnamon Roll Ingredients: 3 cups flour (all purpose). 1 cup water. 1 table spoon yeast 2 and half table spoon sugar. 1/4 cup cooking oil 1/4 cup salt. Butter(acc to your need) 1 tea spoon cinnamon Method: Hot water first and mix sugar,oil and yeast in it.Set aside for 30 minutes until forth comes out. Add flour and yeast in a large bowl and knead it well or knead it until dough soften. Now cover the dough with damp cloth(makhmal) for 40 minutes or cover it until double. Divide into small dough and roll it in your desire shape,Drizzle the butter,sugar and cinnamon over it. Roll the pieces like Swiss roll,Seam side below and cut with knife 1.5 inches thick. Do same for all the dough pieces put the roll on baking tray. Brush butter over it,Bake for 10-15 mints in oven at 180 C or bake it until crispy and golden brown. Remove form heat leave them for cool serve warm. Three Bean Salad Ingredients: 1 cup rajma(boiled). 1 cup beans(black eye) boiled. 1 cup grams(boiled). 1 (cubed shape chopped) tomato. 2 to 3 table spoon (Chopped) onion. 3 green chilies (chopped). 2 table spoon coriander leaves (chopped). half tea spoon paste of garlic. 4 table spoon juice of lemon. 2 tea spoon Chaat masala. 1/2 tea spoon black pepper(grind). 1/2 tea spoon salt. 2 table spoon cooking oil. Method: Put lemon juice in a bowl. Add chaat masala,black pepper,paste of garlic,cooking oil and mix them properly. Add all the pulses,chickpeas,rajma,eye beans,tomatoes,onion,green chilies and coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients properly and serve.
