Ingredients For Mutton Anari:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Sliced ginger 1 inch
Pomegranate 2 to 3
Sliced onion 2
Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Chicken cube 2
Corn flour 1-2 tbsp
Green onion 2-3 sticks
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Oil for deep fry
Method:
Take a mixing bowl add flour, baking powder and salt mix it.
Now pour water make smooth batter and leave it for 30 minutes.
Batter is ready, now dip the mutton into ready batter, pour oil deep fry it well spread it on tissue paper, take out oil from mutton.
Then add ginger garlic and green onion, and keep it on a side.
Now take a bowl, add soya sauce, pour oil, salt, white vinegar and chicken cubes mix it.
Then pour oil add chopped ginger for frying.
Now add soya sauce mixture, boil it.
After that add pomegranate seeds, lemon juice for frying, mix it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then serve it by taking it out on tissue paper.
Ingredients For Fried Chicken Satay Sticks:
Chicken breast 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
Crushed red chili 1 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Whole cumin 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
BBQ sticks as required
Salad for garnish
Method:
First make stir pieces of chicken breast.
Take a mixing bowl add garlic paste, soya sauce, lemon juice, green chilies, roasted and chopped peanuts, chopped red chilies, chopped black pepper, whole cumin, brown sugar and salt make its batter.
Then add corn flour mix it well.
Now add chicken stir pieces in batter for marination.
Then put them in bbq sticks.
Keep its temperature low, fry them from both sides.
Take it out in a dish serve it with tomatoes and salad leaves for garnish then serve.
Ingredients For Mayo Garlic Cream Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Boiled garlic 8-10 cloves
Cream 1/2 cup
White pepper 1 tbsp
Chicken stock 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
Method:
First blend all the above ingredients in chopper so that the mixture is cooked well.
Mayo garlic cream sauce is ready.
