Oreo Muffin
Ingredients
Flour 1 ¾ cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oreo cookies 8 to 10 (break each cookie into 4 pieces)
cream ½ cup
Egg
Milk 4 tbsp
Caster sugar ½ cup
Melted butter 3 ounces
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Cooking chocolate 1cup
For icing
White butter 1cup
Venilla essence 1tsp
Vanilla butter cream 1 cup
Sugar 8once
Method
Sieve together flour and baking powder, mix with salt, in a bowl add 1 egg, milk, caster sugar, sour cream, melted butter & chocolate, beat for 2 minutes, fold in sieved dry ingredients and also fold into broken Oreo cookies, pour batter into cupcake liners kept if muffin tray, bake for 20 minutes on 180 degree C.
Then beat it very well butter , vanilka essence , sugar vanila butter cream thenice on cup cakes & serve it.
Hyderabadi Vegetable Biryani
Ingredients
Potatoes 3 chopped
Carrots 2 chopped
Peas 1 cup
French beans 1 cup
Sem 1 cup
Tomatoes 4 chopped
Mint , green leave half bunch
Onion 2 slice
Green chilies 20 ground
Garlic garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Rice 1/2 kg
Water 2-1/2 cup
Yogourt 1cup
Method
Soak rice in water for 1/2 and hour.
Heat up oil in a pan and add onion. Fry till golden brown.
Blend coriander leaves and green chilies in the blender.
Add fenugreek leaves, garlic, blended coriander leaves and green chilies mixture, little bit water, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and tomatoes in the cooking pan.
Cook till tomatoes are finely tender. Cover with lid.
Add potatoes, carrots and French beans. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add water and cover with lid till potatoes and carrot are tender.
Add peas and cover again for 5 minutes add yogurt & cook it
Add rice and water in it.
Cook till rice is boiled. And serve with garnishing.
Bun Pizza
Ingredients
Capsicum Finley chopped 3 tbsp
Onion chopped 3 tbsp
Tomato slice 1
Chicken boiled 1 cup
Morzilla cheese 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
pizza paste as required
Oregano 1 tsp
Red chilli crushed
Bun 5
Corns half bowl
Method
On bun spread pizza sauce & capsicum , cheese , onion, tomato , & corn .
In the end spread red chilli crush & oregano & spread more chess & bake it for 5 min bass mark 4.
Pomegranate Raita
Ingredients
Yogurt half kg
Chopped green leave & green chilli
Chat masala 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Anar Dana 1cup
Salt
Caster sugar 2 tsp
White cumin 1tsp crush
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method
In bowl put In yogurt & all ingredients & serve it cool & enjoy
