Ingredients For Gajar Ka Halwa:
Carrots 1 kg
Small cardamom 6
Almonds 10
Pistachio 10
Sugar 2 cups
Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
Dry milk powder 2-3 cups
Oil 1 1/2 cup
Silver paper for garnish
Method:
First peel the skin of carrot, make the grated, dry its water.
Take a pan pour oil add chopped small cardamom.
When it starts to smell then add carrot roast it lightly.
After that add milk, sugar and peeled walnuts roast it lightly.
When its oil starts to separate then add carrot, delicious halwa is ready.
Make the pan oily and spread the halwa.
Add boiled and chopped almonds and boiled pistachio garnish it with silver paper.
Ingredients For Dahi Kashmiri Gosht:
Undercut 1 kg
Red chilies 8
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black peppercorn 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Green chili 4
Salt to taste to taste
Yogurt 1 cup
Onion 3
Oil 1 cup
Butter 1/2 tbsp
For Stock:
Garlic 1
Onion 1
Cinnamon 1 stick
Ginger 1 inch piece
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
For Stock take a pan pour water, put undercut whole onion, whole garlic, ginger, cinnamon, whole coriander and salt boil it well.
Filter the stock.
Now pour oil in a pan add chopped onions make it golden brown spread it on tissue.
Then put mutton in oil.
After that add yogurt and onions mix them in blender.
When the mutton water dries then add dried red chilies, chopped ginger garlic paste, white cumin, whole coriander, whole black pepper and green chilies.
Then add salt roast it lightly mix stock on low temperature, simmer it well.
When oil comes up then put it on simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the hot dahi kashmiri gosht is ready.
Ingredients For Sizzling Masala Chops:
Chops 1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemons 3
Oil as required
Method:
First wash the chops put them into pan, along yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped red chili and roasted and chopped white cumin mix it and dry its water.
Now pour oil in a frying pan, pour oil fry them lightly.
When the chops becomes golden brown then take it out spread it on sizzling masala chops.
Add lemon juice and chopped black pepper simmer it for 5 minutes.
Then serve it on sizzlers.
