Beef Cheese Patty, Beef Vindalo And Vegetable Puff Loaf by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Vegetable Puff Loaf:

  • Puff pastry dough 300 gm
  • Mix vegetables 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a pan pour oil add ginger garlic paste and onions for frying.
  2. Now mix the vegetables stir fry it.
  3. Then add chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies, ginger garlic paste, chopped cumin, chopped garam masala, chopped green chilies remove and keep it cool.
  4. Knead the dough do the filling, make roll and bake it in oven on 200 degree C, take it out then serve.

Ingredients For Beef Vindalo:

  • Beef  500 gm
  • Ginger  1 inch
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Onion 2 to 3
  • Whole cumin 1 tbsp
  • Cloves  6 to 7
  • Cinnamon 2 pieces
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Star anise  3  to 4
  • Poppy seed 1 tsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 3-4 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 3-4
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First blend the ginger garlic cloves, tamarind paste and vinegar make its paste thick.
  2. Now boil it add marinated mutton leave it for half an hour.
  3. Take a pan pour oil add cinnamon and whole cumin make it crispy.
  4. Now add onions for frying.
  5. Then add marinated mutton keep its temperature low.
  6. After that raisin, star anise, chopped black pepper and salt mix it and let it cool.
  7. Then pour water keep the mutton on tender.
  8. When the mutton is tendered then add curry leaves, simmer it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. When the simmer is done then take it out in a dish and serve.
  10. Beef Vindalo is ready.

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Edible fat 50 gm
  • Yogurt 1-2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Green chilies  3 to 4
  • Chopped coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 gm
  • Sliced capsicum 1
  • Sliced tomato 1
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First chop the mutton along fat, repeat it 2 to 3 times.
  2. Then take a mixing bowl pour yogurt without water, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, egg, bread crumbs and salt mix it well.
  3. Leave it for a while.
  4. Now make the kababs fry it in oil keep its temperature low.
  5. Now put the grated mozzarella cheese.
  6. After that add capsicum slices and tomato slices bake it in preheated oven.
  7. Then take it out in a serving dish and garnish it with salad, tomatoes and onions.
