Ingredients For Oat Milk Cookies:
Butter 4 ounces
Brown sugar 4 ounces
Vanilla 1 tsp
Chocolate grated 1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Oats 1 1/4 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
Method:
Take a cup of gram flour, oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda mix it well.
Now add butter, brown sugar and sugar beat it well, until it becomes soft.
Then add vanilla essence and egg mix it well.
Now put it into gram flour mixture.
Then add grated chocolate and chocolate chips.
Now make the cookies without greased cookie sheets for 10 to 12 minutes bake it on 190 degree C.
Ingredients For Chicken Masala Roast:
Chicken 1 kg
Brown onion 1/2 cup
Tomatoes 3
Chili powder 3 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts 12
All spice 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Saffron 1/4 tsp
Baby potatoes 8
For Green Masala Grinded:
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Green chilies 6
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
Take a blender add chopped onions, tomatoes, carrots, garam masala, chopped red chilies and keep it on a side.
Now pour oil heat it fry the blended masala, until the oil separates.
Then add while chicken cook it for 20 minutes, when it becomes ready then add small potatoes, garam masala, saffron, chopped cardamom and water, simmer it for low temperature, until the chicken tenders and gravy becomes thick.
Ingredients For Boat Clubs Cheese Toast:
Bread slices 4
Eggs 2
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Flour 5 tbsp
Water as required
Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Method:
For making smooth batter, take egg, salt, black pepper, mustard seeds, chopped black pepper, vinegar, gram flour, water and grated cheddar cheese mix it and make batter.
Before frying add baking powder.
Now paste this batter on bread slices and deep fry them.
