Ingredients For Anday Ka Halwa:

  • Eggs 12
  • Khoya 750 gm
  • Small cardamom 8
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Oil 2 cups
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Boil almonds and pistachio as required

Method:

  1. First add small cardamom along sugar.
  2. Now add egg, khoya, pour oil and small cardamom, mix all the ingredients when they are mixed then cook it in a pan.
  3. When they are dried then stir it continuously, pour oil then roast it lightly.
  4. When the oil starts to separate and halwa begins to break like seed it means halwa is ready.
  5. After that take a pan make it oily and spread the halwa on it sprinkle boiled almonds and pistachio then serve.

Ingredients For Aloo Matar Malai:

  • Boiled potatoes 3
  • Green chilies 6
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel the skin of potatoes, make them grated.
  2. Now add boiled peas.
  3. Take a pan, pour oil and butter.
  4. Then add potatoes and peas roast it lightly.
  5. After that add chopped black pepper, green chilies and salt.
  6. After 5 minutes mix the fresh cream.
  7. After  2 minutes add boiled potato peas, serve it with tomato ketchup then serve.

Ingredients For Masalay Dar Lobia Chana:

  • Red beans 1 cup
  • Kabuli chick peas 1 cup
  • Red lentil 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Tomato sauce 1 cup
  • Tomato puree 1/2 can
  • Green chilies  8-10
  • Soda bicarbonate 1 tsp
  • Sonth 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon  2
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First wash and the red beans and keep it in water.
  2. Add boiled chickpeas, wash it with warm water.
  3. Now take out water of red beans, leave it to cook.
  4. When it is tendered well then remove it from stove.
  5. Boil the chickpea in same way.
  6. Along masoor daal, when it is tendered then mix soda carbonate.
  7. Now take a pan pour oil, mix red beans, fry them lightly tomato sauce, chopped red chilies and salt.
  8. Add chickpea, tomato puree, sonth, roasted and chopped white cumin and tamarind juice cook it lightly.
  9. After 5 minutes chopped green chilies simmer it.
  10. Add chopped onions, chopped mints, lemon juice and green chilies then serve.
