Ingredients For Kunna Gosht:

  • Bong meat 1 kg
  • Chopped large onion 1
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Black cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Mixed dry fruits 1 cup
  • Yogurt  250 gm

Method:

  1. Take a pan add ghee fry the chopped onions.
  2. Now add bong mutton, ginger garlic paste, water, chopped red chilies, chopped coriander, salt, turmeric and yogurt roast it well.
  3. Now pour water cover and let it cook, until the mutton tenders, paste the kneaded flour on sides of pan.
  4. Then take a wheat flour, mix it in water make its paste.
  5. Add black cumin cover and let it cook, until it leaves ghee.
  6. Then put dry fruit on it.
  7. Delicious kunna gosht is ready.

Ingredients For Yogurt Parfait:

  • Banana 6
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Chopped biscuits 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Custard powder 4 tbsp
  • Dry Mewa 1/2 cup
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour milk, when it is boiled then add custard powder in water.
  2. When it becomes thick then turn off the stove.
  3. Now add condensed milk and yogurt mix it well.
  4. Then add ready mixture in a glass, sprinkle biscuits on its top.
  5. After that put that mixture, put banana and dry fruits.
  6. Sprinkle lemon pieces then serve.
