Chicken Fajita Ingredients: Boneless chicken 200 grams. Onion 1. Mayonnaise. Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon. Tomatoes . red chili powder 1 tea spoon. Salt (as per taste). Salad's leave(as per need). Cucumber mix with vinegar 1. Pita bread or tortilla 2. Method: Cut chicken,tomatoes,onion,Cucumber and salad's leave. pour 2 spoon oil pan then add ginger garlic paste(grind),fry it. Add chicken and fry chicken until white. Add onion in chicken and mix properly. Add tomatoes after 2 seconds and fry it for 2 minutes. Add red chili powder mix red chili powder. fry it for 1 minute then remove from the heat. Now make a layer of mayonnaise put chicken mixture,Salad's leave and Cucumber over it. Your Chicken fajita is ready. Beritoz Ingredients; Eggs 4. Salt (as per taste). Black pepper (grind) as per taste. Garlic powder 1/2 tea spoon. Paprika powder 1/2 tea spoon. White cumin (grind) 1/2 tea spoon. Tomatoes chopped(medium) 2. Cheddar cheese(grated) half cup. Sour cream half cup. Cooking oil (as per need). Method: Add 2 spoon water,salt and black pepper in bowl then add eggs into it and mix properly. Pour 2 spoon oil in non-Stake pan and heat oil for 1 min at medium flame. Add eggs in and heat it until golden brown. mix garlic,cumin and paprika in sour cream and mix slightly. Add salt and oil in flour and plain flour and mix it. then add water 2 spoon. Cover flour mixture with Batis for 10-15 minutes. Now roll the flour by rolling pin (Small round shape). pour oil in non-stake fry pan fry round shape flour pieces for 1 min. Fill eggs mixture in it and fold the ends. Your beritoz are ready Tosdas Platter Ingredients: Beef (ground) 500 grams. Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup. 1 garlic clove(minced). Chili powder1/2 tsp. 1 green beans can cut(8 ounce). 1 red beans can(8 ounce). Oil. Salad dressing creamy. Tomato 1(chopped). Tortillas flour 6 (10 inch). 1 small lettuce(Shredded). 1 cup Cheese(4 ounce). Method: Fry or cook beef,onion and garlic cook it until beef brown and onion soften. Dry it for few minutes. Now mix chili powder and salt 1/2 tsp . Mix green beans and red beans in pan and heat them when heated drain it. Pour oil in pan and heat oil at high flame. Cook tortillas in oil about 40 sec or heat it until crispy or golden. Dry tortillas over tissue paper. Preheat in oven at 250 C. Put tortillas plate in oven . Add all other ingredients over tortillas . Cook it until ready. Remove from oven serve it on plate with salad dressing. Nachos Ingredients: Tortilla chips 1 bag. Beans(refined) 1 cup. Green chilies 4 tbsp. Sour cream 1/2 cup. Salsa 1/2 cup. Guacamole 1/2 cup. Cheese blend or grated 2 cups. Method: Put chips on plate. 1 cup beans and salsa mix together in other bowl and heat for 30 seconds if beans mix in 30 seconds heat it for 15 seconds more or until soften Add beans mixture over chips. Now sprinkle the cheese and 4tbsp green chilies over the chips and beans (Cheese would be grated or blend because it will easily melt). Now put your plate in oven and cook it for 1-2 minutes or cook it until beans hot. Remove from the oven set aside for cool. Nachos are ready.
