Ingredients For Walnut Caramel Pie:

For Short Crust Pastry:

  • Butter 6 ounces
  • Flour 8 ounce
  • Sugar 3 ounce
  • Egg  1
  • Chilled water  to knead

For Filling:

  • Sugar 4 ounce
  • Walnuts coarsely 1 cup
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Egg 1 for brushing

Method:

  1. For making base take butter and beaten sugar mix the egg.
  2. Now add flour knead it well. Pour cool water before it starts to cool.
  3. Now leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. Now knead it upto the size of pie plate.
  5. For making filling take a pan add sugar and let it cook on low temperature.
  6. Then add walnut and water cook it for 1 minute.
  7. Now take it out and cut it into stir pieces.
  8. Now brush it with egg bake it on 180 degree C, bake it for 30 minutes make it golden brown.

Ingredient For Pizza Cups:

For Pizza Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Luke warm water to knead
  • Butter  to grease

For Filling:

  • Bhuna keema 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 3 tbsp
  • Capsicum chopped 3 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 2 tbsp
  • Egg yolk  1 
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano  1 tsp

Method:

For dough:

  1. Take a flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil, dry milk, egg and warm water knead it well.
  2. Now keep it for an hour.
  3. Then knead the dough and cut it into 5 inch pieces.
  4. Then take a roasted mince, cheddar cheese, chopped onion, capsicum, sweet corn, egg yolk, green coriander, chopped green coriander, green chilies, chopped red chilies and oregano make the filling.
  5. Now grease the muffin tray with butter, bake it for 20 minutes and then serve.

Ingredients For Macaroni & Cheese:

  • Macaroni 4 ounces
  • Cheese 4 ounces
  • Milk 4 ounces
  • Eggs 2
  • Butter 1 ounces
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper  to taste
  • Mustard as required
  • Tomato sauce  as required

Method:

  1. First pour water add salt boil it well.
  2. Now add macaroni cook it for 2 minutes, boil and cover it.
  3. Grease it with pie dish.
  4. Now add cheddar cheese make it grate and beat the egg, pour milk slowly.
  5. Then add black pepper, salt and mustard seeds.
  6. Now take out the macaroni make it cool. Then spread it on pie dish spread cheese and pour tomato sauce.
  7. Then melt the butter and bake it in oven.
