Ingredients For Chicken Fitters:
Boneless Chicken 300 gm
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Gram flour 1/2 cup
White flour 1/2 cup
Whole coriander 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Carom 1/3 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Fenugreek seed 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut chicken into stir pieces add lemon juice, salt and black pepper for marination and keep it on a side.
Now steam it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take another mixing bowl add gram flour, flour, coriander, chopped red chilies, nutmeg, chopped black pepper, fenugreek leaves and salt mix it pour water and make it thick batter.
Pour oil in a pan.
Now dip the stir pieces in batter and fry them.
Take it out on tissue paper.
When the oil absorbs then dish out it and garnish it with lemon and then serve.
Ingredients For Vegetarian Steak:
Raw banana 4 to 5
White pepper 1 tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients For Steak Sauce:
Chicken stock 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion 4 tbsp
Tomatoes puree 4 tbsp
Soya sauce 6 tbsp
Oil 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Take a pan pour oil add butter and onions fry them.
Now add garlic paste for frying and then add soya sauce, brown sugar, salt, vinegar and tomato puree roast it well.
Then add stock cook it till the sauce becomes thick.
When the sauce becomes thick then remove it from stove.
Steak sauce is ready.
