Ingredients For Pineapple & Bread Ka Halwa:
Pineapple Slices 4
Bread slices 6
Pineapple cubes 1 tin
Butter/ oil as required
Condensed milk 1 tin
Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
Chopped Almonds 10
Raisins 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Khoya 250 gm
Method:
Cut the slices of bread slices.
Now pour ghee in a pan add slices cubes make them light brown, fry it spread it on serving dish.
Then spread the condensed milk.
After that add sugar and water in a frying pan, make caramel and add caramel cubes fry it lightly and put condensed milk on its top.
Now take a bowl, add walnuts, raisins, almonds.
Then add khoya.
Fry the pineapple slices slightly, decorate it with khoya.
Then add almonds, walnuts.
Decorate it with silver paper.
Delicious pineapple bread halwa is ready.
Ingredients For Aloo Pita Paratha:
Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
Pita bread 8
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chilies 4
Cottage cheese 1 packet
Lemons 2
Green coriander 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Flour 1 tbsp
Water as required
Method:
First pour water mix the flour.
Now add potatoes wash it and boil, mash it with fork.
Then add chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies, chopped green chilies, green coriander, lemon juice, grated cheese and salt mix it well.
Then spread the ready pita bread and paste the wet flour.
After that put another pita bread press it with its edges.
Now fry it hot pan, fry it lightly and make it golden brown.
Serve the paratha with chili sauce.
Ingredients For Achari Dahi Bhindi:
Ladyfingers 1/2 kg
Yogurt 250 gm
Green chilies 6
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Curry leaves few
Fenugreek seeds few
Oil 1/2 cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Mustard powder 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First wash the ladyfingers.
Now give it cut in its center.
Then take a pan pour oil add fenugreek seeds.
When it starts to smell then add curry leaves, turmeric, chopped red chilies, roasted and chopped cumin, fennel seeds and whole coriander chop it well.
Then add tamarind paste, green chilies, kalonji, chopped mustard seeds fry it in oil roast it lightly cover it.
When the oil starts to comes up on ladyfinger add beaten yogurt stir it and simmer it.
Before serving add salt, and serve it with chapati.
