Ingredients For Chicken Italina:

  • Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

For Making Sauce:

  • Chopped tomato 2 cups
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Tamarind juice  4 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped olives 2 tbsp
  • Butter  50 grams

Method:

  1. Add chicken boneless.
  2. Now add oregano, black pepper, garlic, oil and salt.
  3. Then cover it into frying pan and cook it for 10 minutes. When it is tendered then turn off the stove.
  4. For sauce add butter and chopped onions make it soft.
  5. Now add tomatoes, tamarind paste, chopped red chilies, salt and chopped olives cook it well.
  6. After that put boiled spaghetti spread chicken on its top.
  7. Then sauce and cheddar cheese and bake it in oven on 200 degree C for 1 minute.

Ingredients For Sagoodana Aur Khoye Ka Meetha:

  • Sagoodana 250 gm
  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Khoya 375 gm
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Water  3 cups
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Chopped almond and pistachio 150 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar  1 cup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add sagoodana, water, cook it on low temperature.
  2. When it is tendered then turn off the stove.
  3. Now pour milk add sugar, almonds, pistachio and saffron cook it on low flame.
  4. Now add vanilla essence and corn flour with water.
  5. When it becomes thick then add cream turn off the stove.
